Men’s Golf

2019 Connemara Men’s League

League Play will consist of 28 Weeks on Tuesdays starting on April 9th and finishing on September 24th.

Play will begin at 6:00 PM.

Be to the course by 5:45PM for sign ups.

Cost of the 2019 Connemara Men’s league is as follows:

  • $10 for 9 holes of golf with cart
  • $10 for Skins/Team/Individual/CTH

Each week we will have team winners, low gross winner, a weekly skins game and closest to hole.

Rules

  • All players must tee off at 6:00 PM with the shotgun.
  • 59 and Under play BLUE tees. 60 and Over play WHITE tees. 70 and Over play the Green Tees.
  • All players will play their own ball for 9 holes of golf.
  • We will alternate between front and back nine each week.
  • Out of bounds is to be played as a lateral hazard.
  • There is no handicap needed to participate in Connemara Men’s League.
  • Scores will be adjusted using a Peoria Handicap system.

Schedule

  • Official League play will begin Wednesday, April 10th          
  • Official League play will end Wednesday, October 30th 
  • Registration at 9:30 AM
  • Shotgun start at 10:00 AM sharp

 Format

  • Four man scramble
  • Each team will have A,B,C, and D players

 Price / Payment

  • $20 / Player (18 Holes w/ cart)
  • $10 / Money Game
  • Payment will be collected in the golf shop before play begins each week
  • No DUES or Obligations to Join the League

  • The minimum age is 55
  • Team Payouts
  • Weekly Closest to Hole contests
  • Happy Hour following play in Bill’s Saloon
